I am pleased to confirm that WAPC appointed M2 Technology* when we formed the Company in August 2006 and have utilised their services ever since. M2 Technology* analysed our business needs and provided recommendations regarding our main server, networking and backup provisions. They supplied and installed the necessary software and hardware and setting up the main server.
We subsequently appointed M2 Technology* to set-up an Apache web server to host our WAPC website as well as access to the server for the web developers.
M2 Technology* assisted with our internet access at our new office locations, organised
email addresses for all staff and reloacted all telephone and IT with minimal
communication downtime.
In recent times my personal laptop was also causing me frustration and delays but
Enzo ‘cleaned it up’ and greatly improved laptop performance. They’ve also installed
software to allow remote desktop access for troubleshooting.
I find the staff courteous, knowledgable and efficent and believe we receive excellent value for money in terms of their charges for the assistance they provide
